About Elie
Elie is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of EMPS, bringing over 25 years of experience in Business Management and Strategic Consulting. His leadership is defined by a pragmatic approach, strong analytical insight, and a dedication to delivering impactful results.

He is a Certified Financial Controller from the American Academy of Financial Management and holds a Financial Accounting degree from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), Canada.

Mazen is a seasoned and versatile Financial Consultant with over 20 years of experience across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. He brings extensive expertise in commercial and investment banking, project management, risk and compliance, and corporate governance.

Mazen has successfully led the implementation of ERP systems, drafted policies, conducted business process analysis, and established robust internal control frameworks. His work has enabled companies to operate more efficiently and remain aligned with financial laws and regulatory standards.

In addition to his financial consulting work, Mazen serves as a trusted board advisor and legal business counsel. He holds a degree in Strategic Business Management (with honors) and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM), further strengthening his expertise in finance law and corporate governance.

Maya El Feghali

About Maya

Maya El Feghali is a dynamic and dedicated senior HR professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Administration. With strong expertise in employee relations, recruitment practices, and HR policy implementation, Maya plays a key role in supporting EMPS clients with tailored and impactful workforce solutions.

She has worked on a variety of projects both locally and internationally, including with the International Bank of Qatar (ibq), Al Jazeera Academy, and HB Gestion D’assurance – Canada. Maya also served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Tournament Officer and CFO of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where she supported high-level operations in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Maya is known for her ability to:

Secure top talent aligned with job requirements, budgets, and strategic workforce needs
Help clients meet their Qatarisation goals despite operational and market challenges
Design and implement HR frameworks including Job
Architecture, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Organizational Change initiatives

Rayan A. Matta

About Rayan

Rayan is currently supporting the firm as an intern, contributing across multiple functional areas including operations, client services, research, and digital tools. With a hands-on approach, he is gaining exposure to the firm’s full service offering while building practical business acumen.

He is in his third year at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Technology Management. His academic focus blends business strategy, systems thinking, and emerging technologies, positioning him well for future leadership in a fast-evolving business environment.

Rayan graduated as a senior from the American School of Doha (ASD), after beginning his educational journey at the French school of Doha, Lycée Bonaparte. This diverse academic foundation has equipped him with a multicultural outlook and adaptability in both francophone and anglophone environments.

Looking ahead, Rayan is preparing to take on greater responsibilities within the firm, with a long-term vision of advancing its digital and strategic capabilities. He brings curiosity, discipline, and a fresh perspective to every task, and is steadily laying the foundation to contribute meaningfully to the company’s next phase of growth.
